Shipping policy

Processing times

Orders are aimed to be processed and dispatched the next working day. During busier periods, please allow 2-3 working days. Processing and dispatch may be further delayed during sale and/or holiday periods. Where this applies, we'll note the expected dispatch timeframe.

We do not dispatch on UK bank holidays and during the Christmas period. If it is possible, orders will be dispatched on Saturdays to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you've entered your delivery address, and vary by destination. We use Royal Mail to deliver your orders.

Orders over £60 (after discounts) qualify for free UK shipping.

Order confirmation and tracking

Once you place an order, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order status will show as processing until it's dispatched, at which point you'll receive tracking details directly from Royal Mail.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 3-4 working days of receiving your tracking information, please email us at info@ruaabi.com with your order number so we can look into it. Couriers typically require missing parcel claims to be raised within a set window, so please don't delay in getting in touch.

Changing your delivery address

If you need to amend your shipping address, please email us at info@ruaabi.com as soon as possible. Our shipping labels are generated automatically, so we only have a short window to make changes before an order is dispatched. Once your order has left us, you'll need to contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking number to arrange amendments.

RUAABI cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address where this results from an input error or a failure to notify us promptly after placing the order.
